: Need speedometer housing for my richmond 4+1 SLOPAR Nov 5th, 06, 5:46 PM Hi group. I looked through the archive and could not find what I needed so hopefully someone can help. I need the speedometer housing for my 4+1. I have nothing but a transmission so I need everything including the gear and any hardware to attach it. Any help is appreciated. The housing the driven gear rides in is the same as a Muncie... Doug Nash sold the 4+1 to Richmond... Hope this helps... If you give me your tire diameter and rear-end ratio I can compute the drive and driven gear needed to make your speedometer read correctly...Crash DZAUTO Nov 6th, 06, 8:41 AM Are you needing the TAIL HOUSING, or just the fitting for the plastic speedo gear? If you need just the fitting for the speedo gear and the plastic speedo gear plus the gear that goes on tail shaft, those should be too easy to locate. I guess my next question is which gear do I want? My speedometer is electric and can be adjusted but for what it is worth the tire diameter is 28".
