Has anyone repaired a roof that had one of these stupid moon roofs put in?Can I do this with a patch panel or do I need to re-skin the whole roof?Tracing back previous owners has led us to believe that this was done as a dealer option of some sort.stupid.

I have the same issue with my elky someone put in the cheapo pep boys special. I am gonna look for a donor roof, but if I cant find one I am gonna make a contoured patch then put a vinly roof on the car. I want a vinyl anyway so we shall see.

friend of mine made a patch panel out of a fridge door and welded it in actually looks pretty good but the top is a little flat.
