Can anyone out there help with some suggestions on how to install main fuel line in a 69 Chevelle. People keep telling me that you can replace the fuel line without removing the body but I sure can not see how it is done. There are two clamps under the body at the rear wheel section that look impossible to get to. I would welcome any help. Thanks.....

I would think that you will need to unbolt the body from the frame and raise it just enough to change the fuel line.

You might also have to cut the line some place along the frame rail and splice it back together afterwards.

Cut the clamps and relocate them ( If not a restoration project ) It just easier IMO. Getting it out is one thing but getting them back in is a PITA.
