what is the best filler for use with sail panel seams and roof dings and can you paint seams with POR 15 then apliy filler or does fille get applied over bare metal? Thanks

Since the sail panel seam is not usually a rust prone area, there's really no need to use Por. For peace of mind, you could apply it to the backside since most panels tend to rust from the inside out.
