Let's see, a built 350 tranny should hold OK for a while!
Headers, 1.75" dia, 4-tube long should be fine, imho..
Cam, throw that one away and run a CC XE274 hy- or a good old 282S solid!! OR a hy-roller or a "MILD" street solid roller equivalent of them if it is a roller block if you wanna go roller?
Carb. a 502 take-off should do nicely as will even an old 3310- 750 vacuum secondary Holley!
Pan, probably just a pan to fit an A-body is all!
Starter, H-d GM is all..
And you are pretty much good to go!!
Dizzy, stock or aftermarket stock type, but reworked for best timing kick-in, etc..
This should get you started.

I recently installed a 502/502 in my '70 and can offer a few tips. I would go with a built TH400 if I were you. My stock one went south the first time I shifted from second to third at full throttle. After several recommendations on this forum, I contacted the good folks at PTC for a torque converter. They recommended their 12" model that stalls around 2200-2400, is beefed-up to take the torque, and best of all cheap! ($140+shipping)
For a carb, I went with a Holley Street Avenger 870 cfm w/electric choke (you may want the 770). Got it brand new on ebay for $290 (compared to Summit or Jeg's @ $400+). I got a cheap (but new) HEI, again on ebay, for a little over $100 and put in a quality module, cap and rotor from NAPA.
Headers are Hedman Elites I already had with the 396. The 1 3/4" primaries are a little small for the 502, but might be OK with the 454/440. 1 7/8" would probably be a little better. With a BBC and headers, I would definitely recommend a mini hi-torque starter - much easier to put in/take out.
I also researched oil pans quite a bit and came up with a Moroso 20411, 24440 pump pickup, and 25970 dip stick (about $270 for all from Jeg's).
Some other things you might want to consider, but aren't necessarily required: aluminum radiator w/electric fans, hi-amp alternator to run the fans, upgraded exhaust system, beefier driveshaft, rear axle upgrades...I kinda' went nuts with all the "while I'm at it, I might as well....." stuff.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
