I found a 74 Monte Carlo that has power door locks and power windows. Will they work on my 70 Elky? I figured that the locks would probably bolt on but I have no idea about the window regulators and everything. I didn't know how much they changed by that year.

You should be able to get the locks to work as long as the rod from the solenoid reaches your lock cylinder. PW motors and wiring could be saved, but I seriously doubt the 74 regulators will work. I think things changed quite a bit with the 73 body change. To be sure I would call a junkyard and see if they can look it up in a hollander exchange manual.
