: Rear Axle seals
jfman Oct 29th, 06, 8:31 PM I went to autozone to buy axle seals for the rear end (10 bolt) of my 70 chevelle and they said that they cant get them (dealer only parts).
Anybody know where I can get some ?
I have access to autozone, pepboys, Oreily and NAPA
dyno jonn Oct 29th, 06, 9:40 PM Thats because they're HUA ;) . They probably have them in stock. National part # 8660s or 8835s, dont remember which it is, but it's one of those. If they don't have National they can interchange those numbers to whatever they have.

big gear head Oct 29th, 06, 10:59 PM Any auto parts store with someone with a little bit of brains will have them. They are very common and still in use up to '02 when the last Camaro was built. The National number is 8660S.
