How could anyone have over 21,000 negative feedbacks and still be selling on ebay???

its called dollars and cents. you bring in enough money to a HUGE corporation and they will tend to "overlook" certain things.

Great question. . .WAY back in the day (like '98-00 or so), you didn't have to connect feedback to a transaction. So you could leave feedback for all your buddies. . .

Most of his positive feedback is from himself IMO, without any real transaction to back it up. Many of his feedbacks were removed by ebay - scroll through to page 10+ and you'll see them all from the same people over and over again.
