Great question. . .WAY back in the day (like '98-00 or so), you didn't have to connect feedback to a transaction. So you could leave feedback for all your buddies. . . Many of his feedbacks were removed by ebay - scroll through to page 10+ and you'll see them all from the same people over and over again.
