Chris R Oct 27th, 06, 2:28 AM Maybe around 2,500 perhaps. If its as good of a start for a project. That would be fair to me.
Blown 70 Oct 27th, 06, 12:05 PM That is going to be a HUGE project.
I would Guess you could get around $1,000 for it. (But not from me.)

Why do you think that it is a HUGE project? Is it because of the red primer spots everywhere? Just wondering. $1000? I don't know about Arizona prices but in California, $1000 barely gets you a parts car Chevelle thats stripped down....

grovey Oct 29th, 06, 3:42 AM i sold a much nicer 71 roller for 800.00 about 7 years ago. it's all about finding a buyer who really likes those year chevellesto get top dollar. but i'm really not a 71-72 fan.
Lou'sSS396 Oct 29th, 06, 8:27 AM According to Old Cars price guide, the prices go as follows:
Parts car: $720.00
Restorable:$2,160
Good: $3,600
Very Good: $8,100
Fine: $12,600
Excellent: $18,00
From the description & picture of the car, it looks like it might fall under "Restorable" to "Good"
Good Luck.
Junkyard Dawg Oct 29th, 06, 9:25 AM FWIW when I found my Chevelle it had a new ametuer (not bad either) cranberry red paint job, it had a 350 engine that needed an overhaul but it did run, TH350 that still works, 12 bolt rear from a '70 Chevelle, car came with factory buckets but was missing the center console, interior needed going thru, some mud in the quarters but not much....guy wanted $2700 but I talked him down to 2500.
I posted the car her on this site with the $2700 price and some pics.....everyone agreed it was worth the asking price.
