Has anyone used or had any experience with the custom vinyl graphics that are available now? Seems to me they would be much easier, cheaper and smarter to do than actually airbrushing and/or painting on the car, especially when you decide next year that maybe your idea wasnt so good, you can at least peel it off and get something else. I was just thinking about it, wondered what you guys have done. John

John,My daughter has used the vinyl graphics on her mustang,They seem to hold up good for a couple years, then the edges start to lift.I've heard of some people clear-coating over them but don't know if that helps them stay on any longer. She gets hers re-done every couple years.

Thanks Rick...yes I heard that too...the guy in Amsterdam who does them clear coats them, I dont know about durability, but he says they look more like airbrush work that way cause they're glossy like the car. I might get a little more time out of them cause of the car only going out once in awhile...I'll think about it more before I do anything. J

Custom vinyl is supposed to last longer than a few years...
I talked to a friend on mine that actually does custom vinyl work and she says it should be guaranteed 3 to 5 years and last about 7 to 10 years. She does it out of her home and does a great job. If anyone is interested, feel free to email Audra at AJsSigns@aol.com

Maybe we could get some TC logo signs made for our cars? Or our usernames and the logo for next years Chevellebration??
