Ouch! Looks as if the quarter will have to be replaced, and yes that will require glass R&R. Thats a pretty good wallop, I dont think it could be pulled. Hard to tell from just a pic thou. Looks as if the car has been repainted also, by the paint on the bumper cover attachment/alignment blocks. Does it have aftermarket bumper covers ? I see the rear is fiberglass, most OE are TPO/plastic. Thus adding to labor time for paint match/blend, and replacement aftermarket bumper cover or both if that particular rear matching is not avail.
Good Luck

Quarter panel would not be an easy repair, but a GOOD tech. that wants to save it probably could.
As noted car looks like a repaint. Rear bumper cover looks like fiberglass, not original equipment.

Back to the $2000.00 estimate. If that includes replacing bumper, r/r taillamp, r/r 1/4 panel, repairing rear deck, refinishing all damage and two tone, that is almost too cheap. What are they not including?

Shop around to find a shop that has a technician that LOVES to repair stuff. Even then it will be spendy.

Example cost: replace bumper 2.0 hrs, repair 1/4 16.0 hrs, repair deck lid 2.0 hrs, replace taillamp & r&i trim (inner) for access 2.0 hrs. Refinish damaged area, deck, 1/4 bumper, 12.0 hrs. (minimum)
Totals Body labor-- 22.0 hrs X 40.00 an hr= $880.00 Paint 12.0 hrs X 40.00= 480.00 Material
12.0 hrs X 24.00= 188.00 Grand total $1648.00
This does NOT include any Parts. Also don't know shop rates in your area.

Repair or replacement time of 1/4 will be about the same, depending on mood of shop. There may be inner damage to panels, and other issues. This is a minimum cost, depending on shop rates in your area.

Sorry, I wish I had better news for you.
