Pretty cool deal, but what is with the photoshopped main pic? Look at the floor below the car. Clearly the photo has been altered somehow...

weird.

if i ever make millions im buying a car like this than filming myself thrashing on it all day, ill leave that "showroom" with the rears wheel spinning down the block.

Drive it for how it was built, if you jsut want to see a 1965 chevelle sit around buy a fricken scale model of it. People need to start enjoying these cars more, especially the ones that are unoriginal. If you take care of it, it will last whether you drive it or not.

I agree 99%, unfortunately the average idiot driver sometimes cannot be deterred from ramming into you.

Although, even with that logic, the garage could burn down too.

true, and they did a bad job at it (not just at the floor but around the entire edge of the vehicle). Odd, makes no sense. And its the only recent looking picture. But the reflection in the vehicle door of the shop floor looks right and I think I see the reflection of some 70 headlights as well.

Weird is right. Not to say its fake or anything but the recent picture doesnt make sense.

I think it's just sitting on coasters, looks like the floor under the car is just messed up, but I do agree, it looks a little odd....Hmmmmmm

I don't know about the photoshop..... The reflection off the garage window onto the hood looks natural, as is the floor reflection in the door and the front bumper. Hard to duplicate those in a quick and dirty photoshop job. Also the continuity of the background through the interior also seems right.

Though I agree that "something" is wrong with the floor under the car and the rear wheel somehow seem strange.... Maybe he cropped something that he didn't want people to see. Or maybe its just an illusion and its completely legit?

The picture of the car sitting in the driveway looks like it was taken when the car was brand new. Look at the cars in the background, does everyone on the block have a classic car??? :)

i dont think he photoshoped it just cut and pasted it from another picture maybe he just wants people to think he is keeping it in a garage he doesnt actually have so people wont think it was stored outside. or maybe he is just trying to scam some sob out of all their worth either way cool car but not my problem cus i deffinetly dont have 6 figures in my account.

Seems to me the same car was on ebay this time of year, Last year.

The bid went up to about one million dollars, but didnt reach the researve. (shill bidding)

Then "supposedly" sold at an auction here in Scottsdale (Not B-J) for less than 1/2 the ebay

I think it all cheap advertising trying to inflate the supposed value prior to the big auctions coming up shorty.
Just My Opinion

I didn't say it wasn't real- that car has been well documented... I just find it odd that the "main" picture is obviously altered...

I agree with someone above who said it was probably on coasters or something. That would look tacky as hell in a photo- and it stands to reason that they are not firing this thing up to move it around for pics either, so coasters make sense.

Kinda goofy to edit them out like that though.

I was talking to Terry G. He just sold both of his Z-16s. This prototype was his and the "HOSS" Z-16. Problems at home caused him to sell both cars. You folks go and bid, I will not get in your way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bob

Some people just can't seem to find the good in a story. It's just never good enough. Shoot now and ask questions later.

Nice car. Owner (seller) and his car/s are pretty well known on some other boards.

After one and a half days it has 0 bids. Maybe everybody is waiting until the last minute.
