I would say around $850 - $1000 ... but would need TONS of cash to fix her up.

Looks like a decent start for a good build. I didn't review the entire thread, or able to see all the pics (slow dial up), but I would guess $1500 +/- a few hundred either way depending on a motivated seller / eager buyer etc. If you have frame rot or need heavy body work, if you got it right and can do most of the work yourself, you will do okay.
