Tell the PPG supplier the color name and he will be able to give you what you need for a BC/CC or Basecoat/Clearcoat paint job. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

my bodyman does not use ppg products.im not even sure he knows of ppg.thats why im doin all the research for him.I mean if it was up to him he would have painted the chevelle aqua metallic,or whatever shade blue he thought the chevelle was.I knew better.I knew it wasnt no damn"aqua mettallic".i mean if i could call ppg myself i would.pls help .thanks for the ones that responded.

Just ask him what flavor of paint he wants to shoot it in. Find the local shop that sells it and have them mix the combo for you. I woould stay with a urethane mix and clear coat to wet sand and buff.
