I got the same thing emailed to me a few weeks ago. Figured it out real quick when they asked for the pass etc...

Yeah, you gotta watch some of that stuff. I regularly get this crap with the come on that "items you watched have been relisted" or "watched items have been relisted" or "more great items from your favorite E-bay seller" etc etc. They all ask for your user ID and password. I send them to E-bay spoof and delete them. If those things aren't in your E-bay mailbox, they didn't come from E-bay. If I get anything like this in E-mail outside of E-bay, it gets deleted.
