im putting the chrome moldings on the rear of a 66 chevelle and i have the tail lights and chrome all together and am working on the 2 pieces that are above and below the chevelle emblem on an ss these are reproduction parts and as i have found out they suck so my question is how do these 2 pieces connect because it seems.. well i know they are longer than they are supposed to be do the need to be cut and do the need to fit over the top of the tail light chrome molding if any one has a close up pic of the back of a 66 and could send it or has any advice you can give me i would appreciate it
