My new cowl hood won't sit all the way down where it should. it is fine up front where the bumper is but won't sit all the way down where it is closest to the windshield. How should i adjust this?

Use the link provide above. I fixed my hood alignment issues in 20 minutes last weekend using it. This is after trying off and on for months on my own.
