IMHO, those should be called tubular exhaust manifolds, not headers. To me, headers imply an exhaust system modification that adds performance. Those MAY be better than stock exhaust pipes, but not worth the time and expense of installing. I guess they have their place. As long as you have to modify your exhaust system to use those things, why not just install some street headers? They are just as cheap and will make your car run better.

Most time's, those pictured dump right into the S/F or frame rails so can't be used on side motor mount cars..
They fit fine on Tri-5's and some of the big cars, but I forget which big cars.

PS., I even think some of the ad's in say JCW and Jegs will tell you they won't fit our cars...

So in theory, these would bolt right to the block huggers .... ?

The 'Pypes' shown are for "stock" manifolds on a '69 (using larger tubing). Downpipes for the block huggers have to be fabricated. They send you the "adapter", the rest is up to the installer. ANY muffler shop can fab the pipes for block huggers. They are primarily for the Street Rod industry, not Chevelles. As said above, the front crossmember and steering will be an "issue" with block huggers in a Chevelle.

Got it ! I was hoping maybe I could avoid going to a muffler shop and do it myself...
Any one shop you would recommend (In the Atlanta area)

I think GM did make some angled outlet smaller dia. ramshorns that pointed rearward so they missed the S/F or frame rails, but I don't think any were ever made in 2.5" dia. like the big 'Vette ones are.
And Dave is right about fabbing down pipes for block-huggers..
