Did I spell that correctly???
Anyway, the new frame I picked up for my 67 SS Resto has a power steering box...should I go with the power steering setup, or transfer my man. steering to the new frame???
Is it preference or increased value with p/s??

They sure drive a lot nicer with power steering. You may want to update to a newer three turn lock to lock box. Archive has all you need to know about this conversion. Karl

I drove my '67 for 7 years with manual steering before converting to power. It made the car so much more comfortable to drive. I have never regretted the decision. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

Keep the power steering. I changed over to power steering 3 years ago and will never go back. You loose some horsepower but it is well worth the compromise. I can still remember vividly the effort it took to turn the wheel back and forth while trying to park in close quarters.

While you have it apart, you might look into swapping in a faster-ratio box...
There has been quite the discussion here lately about that and how easy it is.
