Start at upper inside (narrow) flange, roll over edge with palm of hand. Be sure to start outer (wide) flange before going too far down inner at windshield. Work inner and outer down pillar. Top edge of cap should be almost touching drip rail. You can use upper tab with hole to line up height before getting all of cap on. There were significant varations from car to car. My roof and caps are from different cars, installed on original cowl. These caps were bedded in caulk, clean old, and bed in new, clean excess. Be sure to leave drain hole in lower corner clear. Check fit of windshield moulding, upper door edge, and fender before caulk sets up. Bed all 7 attachment screws in caulk, clean excess. Four screws are phillips pan heads, three under stainless drip moulding are phillips countersunk. Good luck! Karl
