has anybody seen a cowl induction hood that is fiborglass and is a functional cowl hood or can you make those ones you see all the time work?

The only ones I have seen are the non-functional ones. I would think the supports for the flapper would be hard to make work with the fiberglass and also make the hood heavier which defeats the purpose of the fiberglass hood.
