Ok. So I finally got around to putting back in the correct master cylinder for my baer track front/baer disc (93-97 Z28, if you ever need replacement parts!). I broke the original MS from baer (fell off shelf, ear broke). So I needed something quick, and I saw derekwhateverSS (sorry derek!) said a 68 vette disc/disc would work, but turns out that thing doesn't develop anywhere near enough psi and it was like "stepping on glass" at a certain point.
So, just to note, I also have a "clunk clunk clunk" problem when I brake hard (even with the old 68 vette MS, now with the correct one!). Seems like its coming from the middle of the car to the two front wheels. No idea. Brought it to a guy, he spun the pass side right wheel, played with it a bit, and said thats the problem, beefy tires, bad wheel bearings, the wheel is trying to go anywhere but straight when you nail it.
So.. I replace the bearings, racers, grease it up, put it back on, examine the old bearings.. seems to me there was no damage, and plus I'd have to have really goofed it since there was only like 10k miles on those bearings.

So here are some problems, aside from the clunk:

Do a SMALL (say, 3 foot) brakestand (68 or new MS), and the drivers side tire mark is darker.
Do a 30-40 "slam on the brakes who cares" and it stops very quick, although I need to add more pressure to the rears since they never locked, but as before, the fronts lock odd.. drivers side, say, 7ft (I don't know, i drove back in my truck and looked, but, whatever) and pass side 3.5ft of lock pattern.

Otherwise the brakes work well, as well as they did from baer, though for some bizarre reason they tend to lock easier. Tire pressure is correct.

And the last problem.. I'm kind of puzzled about. The car tracks straight, its aligned properly (alignment guy and I had a talk about my a-body upper tubular arms on my b-body spindles, he said he could get it to go staight, but he couldn't dial in the specs global west wanted).

You drive the car.. and every once in a while you get a slight "tick" or pull to the right. It happens at all times, but mostly on the highway going 60-70mph. Its sort of unnerving. Suggestions?

Thanks everyone..

After I get this all worked out, as far as I know, that is the extent of the problems on the car. Oh, and bench bleeding your MS very well and carefully makes a world of difference!
