Does anyone know the type of wire connectors that GM used to connect the front light and engine loom to the fuse box. Looking both sides the ones in the fuse box side and the loom side. I been checking all the wiring loom sites already listed on this site.

The terminal you are looking for is called a "Twin Lock" series of terminal. It has no gender, since it mates with itself. The only place I know that you can get these is from Pioneer (1-800-PACKARD). I called them a while back to see what I could buy them for. There is a minimum quantity purchase. The part numbers for the terminals are:
02973915 18-20 Gage
02973916 14-16 Gage
02973917 12 Gage

I was told at the time that 02973916 terminals were 16 cents each, with a minimum quantity of 200. The 02973916 could be used on all gage wire, the crimp area will be a little big on 18-20, and a little small on 12, but it should work.
The Twin Lock terminal can be difficult to remove from the connector. There are 2 locking tangs that must be depressed from the front(mating) side, then the terminal/wire can be pulled out from the other side(the side with the black sealant).

I bought a box from this guy on e-bay more than a year ago and he still has some for sale, in boxs of 100.
This last sale ended yesterday but if you e-mail him I am sure he will respond.
He re-lists them often.
