I have a 70 Chevelle SS 396 4spd. Did all these cars come with chrome valve covers and air cleaner? on my build sheet in the air cleaner box the code says "SS"

I'm not the expert, but from what I have seen, all BB's in 70 came with chrome valve covers. The Air cleaner cover is black for cowl induction cars and chrome for non cowl cars.
