I really don't know where to put this, but this seems like the best place.
There is this thing called the "vortex valve" and supposedly it helps reduce CO2 emissions and reduce gas useage. They say you'll save money on gas, but it doesnt really seem to work out. I don't know much about cars in general, so I thought mabye you guys would see if it worked or not.
