I was told to take picture of the damage to my rear deck filler, and post it here so you guys will give me advice on what i should do...

Well... Here goes.. (YUCK!)

Picture #1 (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/shai9.jpg) , Picture #2 (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/shai10.jpg) and Picture #3 (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/shai11.jpg) ....

I told you it was bad... It's the only rusty place in the car..

Eww,thats nasty. I would think your only option would be to replace the whole thing,no patches there.I would try to get one off a junk car,i think 68-72 have the same panel.I don't know about the repro's.I havn't seen anyone post about the quality of those before. Also those pics to me are alittle hard to get oriented.Im guessing from your description that the pics are of the peice below your rear glass and above the trunk ,right?

Shai,

You might wanna take a picture from top down (birds eye veiw) with a ruler laying from rear window to trunk opening. Maybe even pull the trunk. Maybe then these guys could figure out what might work...

take care - watch your back...
