How do I get all the rollers in their tracks on a 70-72 coupe? Do I need remove the lower alignment roller from the window and then put it back on once the other two rollers are in their tracks?

I tried to get the lower roller assembly to snap into each other in the track but it seems like the roller hole is too small for the nippel on the lower alignment pin.

I replaced the rollers on my '69 Vert, but if I remember right, I had to loosen the regulator and wrestle the whole mess around inside the quarter till it mated up. Just when I was about to give up, it all came together. But the rollers were mounted to the glass.

Dave, thanks for the reply. Do you remember if the roller was able to come off the post? The reason I ask is the new post I put on, the roller was off and I haven't been able to push it back on.

I got this post and roller from a parts car and don't know if I grabbed the wrong roller. All the pictures I see have the roller connected to the post already.
