I bought a very complete front bumper at a flea market and it has white parking lamp lens. I've only ever seen amber, and reused my old amber lens with the newly found bumper. Wondering what, if any, significance they had. T.I.A, T.A.

We just went through this with a 68 SS.

It seems that White lenses with coloured bulbs were used in Canadian Manufacturing on Canadian cars. The yellow lenses were supposedly standard US issue. I was also told that only the yellow lenses were available for replacements from the dealer's unless you requested the lenses for a Beaumont.

I don't know how true all this is, but seeing that the white lenses have Made in Canada on them and the yellows all seem to have Made in USA.
