Anyone used these? Looking at the NAPA Underhood Black and Chassis Black. I would imagine it's the Underhood Black for the cowl?????
Thanks,

I have used 2 colors from NAPA. Vermillion red and Viper red they both turned out good. Expencive though. I payed 28 dollars for a pint of paint.

JR, it sounds like you are talking about a "TECnique" aerosol can. Chassis Black #7243 and Underhood black #7242. This are very good quality products for a "rattle can". As aerosols go, you'll be happy. The whole "TECnnique line is pretty good, just don't think that the "chrome" on the cap of the argent is going to look like that! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif
NHRA1877, unless you are getting hosed by your jobber, NAPA's paint (Martin Senour, made by Shewin Wiliams) is about 10% less than Dupont or PPG in a weighted average acoss all colors. Your PPG or Dupont jobber may be giving you bodyshop priceing, many do to everyone. If they are, I would say that is where you should shop. I am a M-S fan, but PPG and Dupont are very good products and when it comes to money, I would run to them! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif
