Can anyone give me a guess as to what kind of HP I'll generate with a .030 bored 327 with the following internals:

CROWER RODS
TRW PISTONS 11:1 ACTUAL COMPRESSION

CRANE VALVES
CRANE ROLLER CAM 256/266 AT 50 DEGREES...625 LIFT
CRANE ROLLER LIFTERS WITH REV KIT
CRANE ROLLER ROCKERS
CRANE PUSHRODS
ORIGINAL .202 FUELIE HEADS WITH 64cc CHAMBERS - PORTED / MILLED
BRONZE GUIDES

I have the same combo in my chevelle except cam and rev kit. My double hump heads same specs were fully ported and polished. on the dyno was pushing at the time 480-500hp depending on temp and weather. The highest number sounds impressive but take 480hp. I would use AFR 180 or the new 195 to get the best result.

Cam I had was a crane with 302 dur and .502/.502 lift w/ 1.5 ratio, with 1.5 intake and 1.6 exaust. the higher lift on the exaust did help.

Now heres the kicker. from 4000rpm and under not much excitement, from 4000 to 7200 was awesome. This is a small engine and has great potential, but I am starting this winter either a 540 or procharged 434 sb.

remember a chevelle like yours is a heavy car. you will need to run a 4.10-4.56 to get the thing going good. I think your combo on a 383 would be ideal in my opinion... no disrespect intended... Glad to hear guys are keeping the 327 alive.
