I did a search for "wheel moldings" and found a few posts from the past two years about replacing wheel moldings.
No one had much good to say about the repros, and I am asking if anyone has had better luck in the past year.
Mine are not horrible, but I would like to have new. I am not wanting to spend $400 for NOS.

Rear ones are available from your local GM dealer. Fronts are pay up the ying-yang for NOS or I would order from Goodmark or NPD. Have heard good things from them.

Any problem with putting repros on the front, and new GM ones on the back?

When I bought mine (in 1990) I got NOS ones, then had to rework them to fit my aftermarket quarters! graemlins/angry.gif

I just got the rear ones (GM), but haven't even sized them up yet. I will order the fronts from NPD as goodmark on sells in sets of 4.

I put GM on all three wheelwells except the right front that came from NPD. It fit fine and matches the originals ok. You may need to drill a new hole or two other than that it was fine.

GM moldings foe the rear are between 60-70 dollars each. Repos are about 30.

So, how much money did I just give up by giving the perfect original set I took off my '72 to my buddy?
