Is there any special instructions I should tell my painter about a flapper hood? Specifically the door itself.

Also the grill. What gets painted?

I'm also doing the stripes and have the stencil.

Only thing I can think of is that the stripes do not extend over the top of the door and into the grill area. Grill on door is just black and had slight overspray of body color (can go clean if you arent into that "factory original" stuff)

Looks like the grill also needs to be painted body color. I don't have a grill in front of me to look at but any other advice on grill or flapper painting? graemlins/waving.gif
