I bought a 2205 0676 GM fan clutch back in March at a GMC dealer for $89.92, list price was $128.44. Just go to any GM dealer with that part number and order it, & best of all, no shipping charges. I am not certain about the Eaton stamping on it.
All of the after market fan clutches I have seen have a " U " channel on the mounting flat to the water pump whrere the correct ones should actually have a round hole for each of the four mounting bolts.
Good luck!
I love to give home made gifts, which one of the kids would you like?

I must have been burned. I bought an N.O.S. Eaton clutch for my LS5- M-22 one owner and it has eaton stamped on it. I think it had some kind green paint on it, not sure. I paid $165.00 for it. I also have two old LS-5 clutches that need rebuilt and they both are eatons Bob AACA-ACES-NCOA

I have seen fan clutches at Auto Zone - didn't check the application as I wasn't looking for one. Might check there, Kragens, etc.
