Looking for the real deal with the eaton stamping on it. Just go to any GM dealer with that part number and order it, & best of all, no shipping charges. I am not certain about the Eaton stamping on it. All of the after market fan clutches I have seen have a " U " channel on the mounting flat to the water pump whrere the correct ones should actually have a round hole for each of the four mounting bolts. I think it had some kind green paint on it, not sure. I paid $165.00 for it.
