A big thank you to all you guys who gave me tips and advice to make my 350 run better,it turns out the spit through the carb was a loose ground in the HEI and sticky advance weights and incorrect valve lash .Still got a slight stumble when you blip it but i think this may be a carb problem (750 Edelbrock)as its still turning the plugs black and stinks at idle may swap it for a smaller holley,not many people i speak seem to rate Edelbrocks, i don't know what you guys think?. Also ordered a vacuum gauge today what a great tool for checking over an engine.
