My lifters are wearing heavily on the outside .....meaning lots of metal in my oil and filter.....should I just put lifters in and run it for another year or pull it now and do the lifter bores etc.......

I had the heads done,solid roller,VIC JR,good converter,etc......I should be in the 10.60 range if I can get it back together before the end of the year.
