My RR qtr was replaced a 10+ years back....and it was done poorly. its rusted out too. I'm sure it was a used one! anyway...how full are replacement qtrs? the top edge by the rear qtr window is rotted thru there too! ugly.......

If you need more than that it will require a little fabrication.

my 72 full 1/4 only went just above the body line. make sure to find out from were you buy. some go to body lines(bottomm of the 1/4 window), and some go all the way to the roof seem. sorry no real answer.
