Anyone have a template for the firewall? I'm converting a non-AC to factory AC and need to do the firewall modification necessary for this swap. Did a quick search, lots of discussion about the firewall changes, but nothing I could find regarding a template. Some say its easy, some think its hard. I can do the sheetmetal, no problem, but don't have an AC car handy to get the dimensions/shape etc from. I know some of you have done this job before, so if you have tips on making the parts fit let me know. If you have an AC car and the firewall is bare where you could make a template, let me know.

I have an ac heaterbox with the heater core that I just took out of my 68 el camino. It has all the valves and is in perfect working condition. Even looks new. If you are interested pm me. I already sold the ac parts from the firewall forward though...

I'm in Frisco, not that far away. If the AC parts are gone from your parts car so a template could be traced for the opening/positioning, that would be just the ticket!
