This is a 69 Chevelle. I have a little dilema I have a car that was brought from Texas and it has some surface rust on the inside of the quarter in the trunk area down behind the trunk pan drop offs. How do I get in there and stop the rust without cutting the drop offs out? The car has the original 1/4's with a hole about the size of a nickel for rust and that is it. The trunk pan is in perfect shape as well and that is the reason I don't want to cut anything. Can you pour anything back there to stop the rust or is that just praying?
