hey guys and gals , anyone know of a supplier of tonneau covers for a 70 elky? i have a nice elky with some ugly dents in the box i would like to hide. thanks for any help mark

Mark,
Any decent upholstery shop should be able to make you a soft snap on cover for about $200. If you want one of the hard shell 'glass or plastic ones they run more. Did a google search and found LOTS of suppliers. Have a soft cover made locally myself.

TheElCamino Store (http://elcaminostore.com) has fiberglass covers. As John said, they cost a few bucks.

One idea to consider if going with a soft top- Have them put the snaps in the bed chrome instead of the body. Much easier to change out the bed chrome later than to have to fill all those holes.

Well if you put holes in your bed trim......
that IS expensive $300-700. If you are going to do that and yours is in good condition..look on ebay for a set that someone is trading up from.

I have seen the hard covers from the El Camino store and they are VERY nice! Gonna get me one when I get that far along in my resto.
