Im looking around for a decent frame to start a Frame off resto for my 70 chevelle. I know this has probably been discussed before, but i was wondering what A body frames i can used other than a chevelle.

The thing is, my malibu is a Daily Driver, and im really tempted to do a frame off. Either Im gonna buy new daily driver (which would be an A-body) or Im gonna find a frame to start with. I was wondering which ones had the most ocompatability. I wasn't sure if all the A body frames and what years had the same body mounts or the same control arms . . . etc.


Any Input would be much apreciated.

Malibu, in the next few months I will be removing my frame in the preparation of the replacement frame I purchased some months ago.. I am hoping by sometime in september.october range to be swapping them out (so I'll say november) I'll have an old frame looking for a new home. Mind you I have no idea yet of the condition of the frame, but I can tell you it needs blasted and painted. e-mail me off line if interested. PS mine is a 71 frame
