Can I use a 68 BB corvette oil pan in my 67
Chevelle? I have SB mounts if it matters.

Is the bottom of the pan flat where it goes over the front cross member? If so, yes. If it is rounded, no.

I couldn't use one in my '71 because the sump is too long. I don't think the 67 K-frame is that much different.

Yes, I'm sure you are probably right. Although, BB pans should be fairly easy to find and very reasonably priced.

I was just over in the Parts For Sale section and saw an ad for a BB pan. The ad was titled "Parts Parts Parts" and it was posted Wed May 26.
