I have a 200R4 trans and i dont have a computer in the car...... I see that some peeps wire it to a 12v CONSTANT source..... it has 3 wires i know which one is supposed to be hot and the other to ground..... what happens to the other wire???? Can this Tranny be ran with out a brake switch hook up?????? and if the T.V. cable isnt hooked up what will happen???? Thanks guys..... been workin on this for 3 months now...... any help would be greatly appreciated.........

Ken, Im not sure about wireing up your lock up convertor but you MUST hook up the T. V. cable or you will ruin your trans in no time..do a search for info on the wires

Here's one way bypass the 3-4 sw.
Nice to have the brake sw. as soon as you touch the brakes it unlocks. With the vac. sw. hooked to ported it unlocks when you come off the gas.

Once more make sure the tv is hooked up & set right or you'll have problems.
What kind of carb?

thanks guys... and JIM its a eld. 650 rpm on a rpm intake...... i have no computer in this vehicle...... i saw yrs ago that you can run 12v all the time..... I am an engine man ... dont know jack crap about the 200r or the 700 trans.... but i love the way it takes of...
