Do the stripes on the rear deck run all the way up to the rear window molding or do they stop before the molding?

The assembly manual gives dimensions of how far below the molding the stripe is supposed to stop, (someone has posted that info before). But I've heard a lot of people say that it should go right up to the window molding. Maybe one of the 70 experts will chime in on this.
