does anybody have any experience with the corrless rust stabilizer from eastwood?i am planning on using it underneath on frame and floor pans.does it really work over time or is it just a waste of time.mostly what i have seems to be surface rust with some mild pitting in some areas.i thought i would wash as much loose rust off as possible with there oxy wash and then apply corroless with a top coat of chassis black what do you guys think?

I brushed it on my interior floor after I patched it. I went over the whole floor with a wire brush on a 4 1/2 grinder. Then used wax and grease remover.
It went on great, no coverage problems. The only thing that bothered me was when I hole sawed the holes in the body ( to get the body mount cage nuts) It seemed to want to peel. Not a large area but maybe the size of a pencil eraser. could have been dirty in this area?

When I do the frame and underside I'll reduce and spray it.

Maybe not an answer but an experience.

I have used it both brush on and spray on.
SO far so good. I like it mainly because of 2 reasons, application and cleanup.
By my new catalog Eastwood is replacing it with a new product ? looks the same but different name ?

I used Extend Rust treatment. It nutralizes the rust and makes a nice primer. I used it on my entire frame, and also on the under side of the car. On the undercarrage i sprayed NAPA`s rubberized undercoating over the Extend and it seems to look/work great.
