Would this be a 68' cloned to look like a 69'?

Thought that the SS 138 stopped with the 68 and all 69 plus cars were 136. Have him send the vin number and check the 6th digit for 8 or 9.

A 138 car in 1969 would be a station wagon.

Am I missing something? I read the ad twice and didn't see 138 mentioned.

The seller just emailed me and told me he got confused and put the information for his 68' in the ad. I see that he has revised the description.
Still sais true SS though...

He likes big wheels. Sold a 70 clone with 22-inchers on it. Good thing he didn't misspell IMMACULATE any worse than he did and add an extra "S" - as in EMASCULATE. :eek: :eek: :D

Why would it have a 10-bolt rear? Maybe it was emasculated.
