When I pulled my soft top I sanded the whole top to bare metal and there is still those black dot which I presume are still rust. Is there something I can put on this to kill the rust. I am going to primer shortly after so no more rust will pop up. OFF WITH THE RAG AND ON WITH THE PAINT! thanks. Gary
