In my local paper...

C25 carbon dioxide plus argon, 40 cu ft refillable cylinder, about 2' tall, full, $99.

It depends if you have a tank already.
The place where I get my gas the price on the small tank about 4ft tall is around 35 bucks, but thats with the exchange.

If you need a tank and its full then Id say its probably somewhat of a deal, not the best

I don't have a tank right now. I've contacted a local welding supply store and the only one they sell is a 55 cu ft filled with C25 for $180. They don't rent them.

In these parts, only the company that sells the tank will refill it. Also, they charge more to fill a customer tank than a rented one. Basically, I get another tank any time I take my own tank in.

I have lifetime leases on my tanks and they are transferable, (I can sell my lease) the prices were reasonable and I do not have to get them inspected or maintain the valves. The best way to go IMO.

Hey Chris,
Thats what I paid from a local shop for my tank filled. Their deal, every time I empty it, they swap it out for another full one.
