Anyone have any idea what a shop would charge to replace both full 1/4s on a 68-69 Chevelle? No paint or reassembly, just the body work.
I do my own but I have a couple of guys wanting me to do theirs and just want a ball park so I can discount it some.
Thanks.
Ron

book time on quarters of this vintage seem to run about 18 hr's per side, under coating removal, corrosion repair/clean up on the attaching panels, drill time for mouldings, application of sound deadeners and Corrosion protectants, paint, would all be extra. Also in the old days most quarters were sectioned along the belt line so the paint could be blended in the sail panel eliminating the need to paint the roof, so roof refinish would also be extra, along with burn back time on the rockers.
