Hi all,
I am doing a 1966 Chevelle and am curoius about my front fender options. My questions are;
1) Are the front fenders being made GM certified?
2) Does that mean anything?
3) Are the fenders being reproduced of a
decent qualtiy?
4) Are all of the front fenders out there made by
the same company?
5) anyone have any opinoins about Year One's "yoclass" ratings?

Thanks for your input. I have been lurking for a while and believe this forum is fantastic.

Peter, I just went through this with my 66. I'll try to answer your questions.

1) I don't believe they are. I know Goodmark is tooling new ones and they may be.

2) Not really sure it matters.

3) Right now I think they are all made by Dynacorn (DII).

4) I think Year Ones "YO class" rating is intended to be as up front and honest about what you are getting. Probably fairly accurate, as well.

I purchased a pair of the DII fenders and was not really happy with the fit and quality. I had to replace the nuts for mounting the hood hinges and the body lines didn't line up perfectly. Maybe I'm just picky, I don't know. If you are interested in a pair of the reproduction DII fenders send me an email and I'll give you a good deal.
