I'm using a solid color single stage urethane, any suggestions on how much to do a complete chevelle? Cowl, jams, backsides of doors and trunk lid, etc.

I'm guessing here,I mostly shoot base-clear. maybe a gallon and a half of unmixed color. Mike

Well I'd sooner figure high and have a bunch left over rather than run short, thats for sure.

Maybe do all your jambs and insides then see how much you got left. You are correct, you don't want to be short!!
